Captioning services for Emergency and Breaking News Coverage are available for Caption Colorado Customers at anytime. With our 24 hour Red line Emergency Service line at 1-800-590-4197, the Bison Customer Control Console or by simply calling our office during regular business hours. Provide us with as much advance notice as possible, and we take it from there. As long as there are no communication problems between our captioner and your station, captions are guaranteed to begin within 15 minutes of receipt of notice from the station, unless otherwise directed.
